The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2hi6) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1zyma2 classified as The "swivelling" beta/beta/alpha domain fold. (Note: additional/lacking secondary structure elements). Profile-profile methods confirm remote homology between this family and superfamily of Phosphohistidine domain; the "swivelling" beta/beta/alpha domain fold. Based on remote homology confirmed by the structure one can hypothesize that this family is phosphotransferase
