    Pfam family PFAM:PF01995 {Domain of unknown function DUF128} with 48 members in NR database and additional 4 members in the metagenomic datasets is represented in Archaea, and Bacteria. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2qyx) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1zhva2 classified as Ferredoxin-like fold. (Note: duplication). However, no sequence similarity to this fold has been detected.
