    Summary

    Pfam family PFAM:PF06557 {Protein of unknown function (DUF1122) } with 13 members in NR database. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2arh) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1q2ya_ classified as Acyl-coa N-acyltransferases (Nat) fold. Based on indirect marginal prediction from FFAS which uses a sequence of another phage tail structure of 3cdd as an intermedadiate then confirmed by structural similarity one can argue that this family is remotely homologous to previously known structures from 'd1q2ya_' this fold.
