    Pfam family PFAM:PF07515 {Protein of unknown function (DUF1528) } with 89 members in NR database and additional 6 members in the metagenomic datasets is represented in Bacteria. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2ipq) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1i5za1 classified as DNA/RNA-binding 3-helical bundle fold. However, no sequence similarity to this fold has been detected. Based on fold one can hypothesize that this family is probably binds nucleic acids
