The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2g0t) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1qzxa3 classified as P-loop containing nucleoside triphosphate hydrolases fold. Profile-profile methods confirm remote homology between this family and superfamily of P-loop containing nucleoside triphosphate hydrolases; fold of the same name. Based on remote homology confirmed by the structure one can hypothesize that this family is p-loop containing nucleoside triphosphate hydrolase
