    Pfam family PFAM:PF08002 {Protein of unknown function (DUF1697) } with 119 members in NR database and additional 23 members in the metagenomic datasets is represented in Archaea, Bacteria, and Eukaryota. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2hiy) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1u8sa2 classified as Ferredoxin-like fold. (Note: duplication). However, no sequence similarity to this fold has been detected.
