    Pfam family PFAM:PF08807 {Bacterial domain of unknown function (DUF1798)} with 41 members in NR database. The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2ets) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1tqga_ classified as Four-helical up-and-down bundle fold. However, no sequence similarity to this fold has been detected.
