The first structural representative solved (PDB Id: TOPSAN:2qzi) was subject to FATCAT structural similarity search that indicated similarity to SCOP (v. 1.73) domain SCOP:d1ve9a2 classified as FAD-linked reductases, C-terminal domain fold. However, no sequence similarity to this fold has been detected. Based on fold one can hypothesize that this family is possible oxidoreductase
